At MyGreenhouseStore.com, we want your gardening experience to flourish; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your greenhouse or accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your items and place them back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger structures.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
