How are the greenhouses shipped?
Most of our greenhouses are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. They are securely packed in heavy-duty crates to ensure all glass panels and structural frames arrive in perfect condition.
Do I need a professional to assemble my greenhouse?
While many of our customers choose a DIY approach using our detailed instruction manuals, we recommend hiring a local contractor for larger glass structures or if you are not comfortable with basic power tools.
What is your return policy for large structures?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened items. Please note that because of the size and weight of greenhouses, return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply to large freight shipments.
Do the greenhouses come with a warranty?
Yes, all our greenhouses come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 5 to 15 years, covering structural defects and frame integrity under normal weather conditions.
What kind of foundation do I need?
A level foundation is critical. We recommend a concrete pad, a treated wood timber frame, or a leveled gravel base. Specific foundation dimensions are provided with each model's technical specifications.
Are replacement parts available if a panel breaks?
Absolutely. We stock replacement glass and polycarbonate panels, as well as hardware kits, specifically for the models we sell to ensure your greenhouse stays functional for years.
